Louisa shares how she took on responsibility, learned new skills, and the productions she supported in a short amount of time. An honest look at an internship.
My time at haut[nah] was an incredibly productive and educational experience. I was welcomed warmly from the very beginning and felt like part of the team right away. Maxi, Nico, and Jan supported me in everything, gave me tips, and explained things clearly. This allowed me to develop my professional skills and gain new knowledge in a short time.

I had the opportunity to get a taste of various areas: I worked as an editor in post-production, but I was also able to contribute to photo and video projects myself. I particularly enjoyed this variety – it helped me work creatively and gain many new skills.
Thanks to the open communication and regular feedback, I was able to work on my strengths and further develop my potential.
Because of the open and respectful work culture, I felt comfortable quickly and always felt I could express my concerns, needs, or wishes. My opinions and assessments were always taken seriously and considered in the respective processes. It was great to see how productivity was maintained in a relaxed working atmosphere while always striving for the best results.
